Firm History
James M. Ganley, CPA, founded the original firm in the early 1960s. From the firms inception, our focus remains the same, to provide a well rounded group of services including Tax, Accounting, Financial and Business Advisory services that exceed the expectations of Family-owned and Closely-held businesses.
Since January 1, 1986, Matthew P. Collins, CPA, CFP has been a member of our organization. As of July 1, 1993, Mr. Collins assumed the responsibility of firm leadership as our President.

Major Career Emphasis and Areas of Expertise
All areas of personal and business income, gift and estate taxation. Heavily experienced in advising closely held businesses on tax, accounting and financial planning issues. Extensive experience with the set-up and implementation of computerized accounting systems. Also has extensive experience with client representation before the Internal Revenue Service and Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. Actively involved in providing advisory services to client management teams regarding cash flow planning, budgeting, development of business plans and customized financial reports that allow a business to benchmark results with industry peers.
